We produce machines capable of accepting up to 48″ rolls, with a gauge range of 0.005″ up to 0.057″ thick.

At Comet Roll & Machine Co., we provide custom tooling services for flat rolling and profile rolls, and can also rebuild, retrofit and refurbish your old or used roll form tooling dies. We can produce tooling for rolls from 1″ to 36″ in diameter, with a width of 48″, for sheet metal thickness of 0.005″ to 0.057″.

Comet Roll & Machine Co. provides CNC turning services for all component and industrial applications. We feature 3-axis machinery with live tooling capabilities and three-jaw and four-jaw chucks. Our machines have a 31″ chucking capacity, with up to 96″ between centers, and a lifting/work piece capacity of up to 2000 lbs.

Comet Roll & Machine Co. offers CNC vertical milling services featuring 4-axis control and live tooling for increased accuracy, complexity, and precision. Our milling machines feature a work envelope measuring 30″ x 60″ x 24″, and maintain tolerances of +/- 0.001″ for straightness, concentricity, outer diameter, inner diameter, and length.
